The short version
- No tracking, no advertising networks, no cookie banner. We do not need one because we do not set any cookies that would require consent.
- What you type into a calculator stays in your browser until you buy. It is saved locally on your own device so that you do not lose your entries, and you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser data.
- Only when you purchase are your entries transmitted to our server, because that is what the document is made from.
What we store when you buy, and for how long
- Your entries and the generated files: 30 days, then deleted automatically. That is the download period.
- Your email address: for the order confirmation, the download link and, if you asked for it, one deadline reminder. You can unsubscribe from the reminder with one click.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We receive only the payment status, never your full card details.
- Invoicing records are kept for as long as German tax law requires.
Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the contract) for the purchase, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for the optional reminder, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation) for tax records.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. One email to kontakt@formundfrist.de is enough; we do not require a particular form.

Which version counts
